“A music lover as long as he can remember in his native Paris. 1999 is the year Sid took control of the turntables. Since then, he’s played in countless clubs, loft space, hotels and afterhours in New York, Berlin, Cologne, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Barcelona, Playa Del Carmen, Santo Domingo, Santiago de Chile, Kosovo, Tulum and Morocco.
For more than 10 years Sid has played along many renown DJ’s and friends like Roy Davis JR, Peter Kruder, Dj Kaos, Eddie Elias, Ralph Berr, Oscar Barila (Kling Klong/My little dog), Neil Aline (Chez), Alex from Tokyo (Tokyo Black Star), Nickodemus (Wonderwheel / ESL), Rich Medina, as well as with Gilles Peterson during an underground set at the Getdown Party III organised by Dj Nickodemus.
Sid released original tracks and remixes on Wonderwheel Recordings, 3Bridges, Cha-Cha Project Recordings and Slaag US.
As far as clubs go, his beats have resonated in major New York City venues like CIELO, PANTHER ROOM, PACHA NYC, LE BAIN, APT, the303, 105RIV, LOVE, to name a few.. Abroad he played at Chalet Club in Berlin, the legendary Club Mangu in Punta Cana and Club 303 in Santo Domingo, (DR), Sandbar (Tulum) Mexico, L’Etniko (Chile), La Reina Roja Hotel’s Rooftop Pool Party during the closing night of the BMP festival in Playa Del Carmen (Mexico) and recently played at Turntables on Las Ramblas in Barcelona and at We L?VE Summer oraganised by the Y Serious crew, in Bouznika (Morocco)”
A sound engineer, devotes himself to the underground electronic scene. Playing every week in numerous clubs in Paris (Rex Club / Badaboum / Nuba / Petit Bain) and Ibiza (Sankeys, Blue Marlin), the young DJ is now very involved in the House and Techno scene, and is known as one of the most prolific studio producers of the French capital.
Quickly growing his reputation on the French scene, he is noticed by Clubbing TV, a new broadcast channel dedicated to the club culture. The TV channel names him art director, allowing him to travel all around the world (Ibiza, Miami, San Salvador of Bahia, New Delhi) and to participate to the biggest parties.
Still producing actively, his Deep Tech and House tracks bring him a strong credibility. He now works as art director of Laboratory Records (vinyl & digital) with the big names of the electronic music and signed on respected labels like Brique Rouge (FR), Baile Musik (DE), Yoruba Grooves (UK), Hermine Records (AR), Time Has Changed (FR), Something Else (UK), Blend It (FR). He remixes Ron Carroll on “The Sermon “, Paul Johnson, Chris Count, Benedetto and Farina, Dirty Culture, Deep Mariano and Kolombo. On the other hand, Da Fresh, Jesus Soblechero, Ben Delay and Joss Moog remixed some of his tracks.
